Conceptual Design: Demonstrating understanding of customer requirements with design approach and feasibility is critical to building a solid foundation for successful product development. Detailed Design: By using advanced computer-aided-engineering (CAE) tools such as 3D solid model rendering we are able to virtually build and assemble the end product. Taking into consideration powerful parametric and dynamic design features of such CAD tools. As a result, virtual optimization is achieved prior to committing to costly and time consuming manufacturing processes. 2D drawings conforming to ANSI Y14.5 standards are generated with all the necessary details to precisely build product with repeatability. Thorough tolerance analysis is performed, ensuring all components will assemble properly.

Independent Design Assessment: IMS can perform independent design reviews for a broad range of products. The scope of these reviews ranges from quick preliminary analyses to help with early concept development to formal reviews conforming to the rigor of Defense Acquisition University (DAU) and Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) processes.  Ensuring customer confidence through intermediary and incremental check-ups of the development effort.
